Terms for account holders and invoiced clients.

Payment for all invoices are 30 days from the month of the invoice date. Invoices that are in excess of 3 months from the date of invoice will be charged an increase to that invoice of 10% per month for all complete months from the invoice date until payment in full is received, plus any costs involved in recovery (including time).

The use of any images produced by Photo Memories Ltd without being paid for in full is a breach of Photo Memories Ltd copyright of these images, compensation will be sort for that use at £250 per image per use. All images remain the property of Photo Memories Ltd. and can only be used for the spacific use that they were taken for and only after all payments are cleared in full.

Non account clients such as weddings and studio sittings where payment is made prior to collection.

All images taken by Photo Memories Ltd remain the property of Photo Memories Ltd. and their copyright, as such it is a infridgement of that copyright to copy or reproduce any of these images in any way without prior written consent from Photo Memories Ltd. The copyright has been released by payment for that release in which case the image is then given in a digital format ie CD,usb, email or dropbox for that use. The purchase of a photograph (paper copy) is for that photograph only, it is a infringement of our copyright to reproduce by any means of copying, scanning or manipulate of that photograph in any way, compensation will be sort for that use at £250 per image per use.

By hiring Photo Memories Ltd to take photographic images you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as part of any contract.
